What is Voices? “It is a concerted international community effort that will feature music from Far West Texas & Northern Chihuahua, Mexico telling the tales of cultures & how they can stay together or change after their access point is closed.” It’s a great gathering of families and friends! Bring hoops and frisbees! We’ll have the drinking water!!
