Check out Desert Sports’ Featured Trip Dates for 2013 – 2014! This will help folks who are traveling solo or groups that don’t meet the minimum number. You’ll also get the group price based on the final number of participants. At 30 days out, if there are not enough bookings for the trip, then we will need to cancel the dates. You’ll get a full refund on your deposit or a chance to book a different trip. PLEASE NOTE, if your group meets the minimum number (4 for backcountry trips, 2 for river trips), then we can schedule custom dates to fit your group’s schedule.

    Hi,
    My wife and I are visiting Big Bend Memorial Day weekend. Do you run (or even recommend) bike tours during that time? How about river tours?

      Hello Jared! May is one of the hottest months in Big Bend. A bike tour would need to leave very early in the morning, and river tours options are dependent on the water levels.
