Desert Sports reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to river conditions with a no-hassle FULL refund or another reservation, your choice.

Deposit

50% of your rental/shuttle subtotal will secure your reservation, for transactions that subtotal $50 or less, the full amount is charged. Sorry, no refunds. Reservations are accepted by phone with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. No credit card, no problem: we will accept a personal check or a cashiers check.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to and including departure date will incur charges of 100% of the total rental/shuttle amount. All cancellations must be made in writing. Desert Sports reserves the right to cancel any reservations with a no-hassle FULL refund or another reservation.
